the Cebu Dancing Inmates did it. Travis Payne and 2 dancers perform together with the dancing inmates for Michael Jackson's THIS IS IT release. they danced to the tune of THEY DONT CARE ABOUT US originally from the HISTORY album.

As a Pinoy, I am really proud of the Cebu inmates. Ang galing nila sumayaw, very coordinated and performance level talaga :) Congrats sa kanila at sa lahing Pilipino!
